FAQs

Answers for parents who hear nighttime grinding and want a comfortable, moldable first step for protecting little teeth.

Who is Snuggle Teeth for?

Snuggle Teeth is for parents who hear their child grinding at night and want a softer, more affordable first step to help protect little teeth overnight. It is designed for growing smiles and bedtime routines led by parents.

What problem does it help with?

It helps protect teeth from nighttime grinding by giving children a moldable guard to wear while they sleep. It is not a cure for bruxism, TMJ, sleep apnea or any medical condition.

Will my child actually keep it in?

That is the biggest parent worry in the research. Fit, comfort and not feeling bulky matter most. Start slowly, make it part of the bedtime routine, and give your child time to get used to the feeling.

How do I mold it?

Follow the instructions included with the product. The guard is softened in hot water, then your child bites down to shape it. An adult should always handle hot water and supervise the fitting process.

What if it feels too big or gaggy?

Stop and refit rather than forcing it. Comfort is important because children will not wear a guard that feels bulky or scary. If your child struggles repeatedly, ask a dentist for guidance.

Is it a replacement for the dentist?

No. Snuggle Teeth is an support product for home use, not a replacement for dental care. If grinding is severe, your child has pain, dental damage, loose teeth, breathing pauses, gasping, enlarged tonsils or ongoing concerns, speak to a dentist or pediatrician.

Can it stop grinding completely?

We do not claim that it stops grinding or treats bruxism. It is designed to help protect teeth from the effects of nighttime grinding while your child wears it.

How should I clean it?

Rinse after use and let it dry fully before storing. Use the cleaning guidance included with your product and avoid harsh chemicals or heat that could warp the guard.

How often should it be replaced?

Replace it if it becomes damaged, chewed through, unhygienic, too small, or no longer fits comfortably. Children grow quickly, so fit should be checked regularly.

What if my child will not wear it?

Do not force it. Try a gradual routine, positive encouragement and short practice sessions before bedtime. If your child still cannot tolerate it, contact support or ask a dentist what is appropriate for your child.
